Common questions

What counts as a screenshot?

A screenshot is a single capture of a single URL at a single viewport size. If you capture one URL at desktop, tablet, and mobile, that counts as three screenshots. Re-capturing the same URL for a new comparison also counts as a new screenshot.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, the new allowance takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when I hit my limit?

You will receive a warning when you reach 80% of your monthly screenshot allowance. Once you hit the limit, new screenshot requests will return a 429 status code until your allowance resets at the start of your next billing cycle. No surprise charges.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Toggle to annual billing on the pricing page to see the discounted prices. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your dashboard.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored within the European Union. Screenshots and visual diffs are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage (EU). Your project and account data is stored in Neon Postgres (EU). We do not transfer data outside the EU or UK without adequate safeguards in place.
